I notified ADT of malfunctioning equipment on 14 Feb. On 18 Feb ADT technician arrived to fix malfunctioning sensors and alarm. Technician informed me that the outdated equipment was no longer serviced and needed to be replaced. On 19 Feb at 0427 different malfunctioning sensors continued to set off alarms. I made repeated requests for cost of replacing outdated equipment identified by technician on 18 Feb. Also repeatedly asked for technician to return to fix continuing malfunctions. Beware of termination fees, they are insanely high so if you move before the contract is up, be prepared to pay the rest of the contract. ADT has class action lawsuits regarding this currently as well. ADT customer service is horrible, you cannot get ahold of anyone and cancelling takes hours. We sat on hold for over an hour before having to hang up and call back to be transferred a million times again. Do your research before going with ADT.
