If I could give a quarter of a star I would we have tried to get someone out here to install equipment for over an year and yet we're still being billed for service that we have used in an year and change because of contract. One person said if we pay off equipment then all is done but another representative is saying different. Totally unprofessional...
ADT would lied to you about anything just for you to get there ADT security So be careful when ADT CALLS YOU THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO SIGN WITH THEM
I have adt for almost 5 years now and had trouble with them as soon as 3 months after that the only reason I don’t cancel is because of credit. Do not let them send someone to fix issues they over charge for someone to come out and fix issues if you can not do it for them over the phone. This has been the worst experience and I DO NOT RECOMMEND
I have had a chirping alarm for over a week! They sent a technician out my wife told him which on it was. He told her that one is not it. Then left. The chirping is still going on. When I talked to customer service rep. She was rude and informed me that there is nothing she could do that I would have to listen to that chirping alarm that also trips occasionally all night long. They showed up to "install" an ADT system at our address and we have been with them for 20 years at this same address. Not exactly on top of their game!!!
