I have had a chirping alarm for over a week! They sent a technician out my wife told him which on it was. He told her that one is not it. Then left. The chirping is still going on. When I talked to customer service rep. She was rude and informed me that there is nothing she could do that I would have to listen to that chirping alarm that also trips occasionally all night long. They showed up to "install" an ADT system at our address and we have been with them for 20 years at this same address. Not exactly on top of their game!!!
Even though go go out of business they still will charge you for not having service with them.
Good customer service
watch your refunds, read the fine print, and don't believe anything you are told. Read each agreement you sign, attempted relentlessly to get me under a new contract when I openly refused and we agreed otherwise. Issue was resolved. Upgrading to 3 stars bc it seems fair
