They lie and lock you in a contract that after saying there is no contract. Then they tell you all you need to do to is pay the equipment off and you will be free of any other charges. Then start charging your for monitoring even though the equipment is not even set up on the home or attached still in the original boxes. So what are you monitoring exactly? Absolutely horrible, once you use them and after 4 yrs of service the system stopped working. The technician said the unit was out of date. I tried to cancel service. That was September. They keep billing me $145.00 a month and I keep calling them. Every month they say we are mailing you a code you will need to disconnect service. In 8 months I have not received 1 letter with a code. This place is a scam. If you try to cancel the service they just hang up on you.
For a company selling “safety”, they haven’t really done a good job making me feel safe. I’ve now had two different people show up. The first one had her information printed on the promotional, but the second one didn’t. Him and his buddy have shown up twice now, both times on a Friday. First time was after dark, which I didn’t answer because it was two strange men at night, and the second time was around 4 pm which this time I answered.
