I fully regret signing up for this service. First of all they WAY overcharge you for the product. Fine. Its a price to pay when you're a single mother with limited time and ability to get your cameras and security measures mounted and figured out. But right away my system malfunctioned. One of the security tabs fell off the door the first or second day I had it. It was lost due to the fact that I have kids and dogs and I am sure one of them picked it up. Don’t recommend these guys they hook stuff up not even the right way somehow the first month I was waking up to a heat sensor malfunction for first month from control panel mind you at 3 am so it was like waking up to a break in from freaking alarm noise and plus wasent working right then wouldn't refund me told me its too late and not able to do something about it like take percent off my bill for a month at least like I’m paying for something that didn’t work for a month and then 3 different people to change the heat senso... read more

ADT has no concessions for what their automated billing system demands or misinformation from their agents. When billed twice within five days (2nd at a higher rate) based on a changed autopay date due to a fraudulent credit card event they have no grace or flexibility. No refunds allowed despite receiving an email saying otherwise. Your longevity with them means NothinG!!!
