⭐ 1/5 I am extremely disappointed with my experience with ADT. After my account was canceled, I personally removed my debit card from the account and was not enrolled in EasyPay. Despite that, ADT still processed a payment using a card that had previously been used on the account. When I contacted ADT, I was told that their system automatically charged the previously used card. I explained several times that I did not authorize this payment and that the card had been removed. I have ADT at a couple of my properties, and my rep Brad is hands down the man when it comes to knowing the product and customer service. Always a pleasure speaking with him, and I hope ADT realizes what an asset he is to their company! Felt as if i should take it from a 5 star down to a 2 star. Billing can't get their stuff right after numerous calls with them letting them know we are moving out of our cabin and to disconnect service. They never did and kept billing us. Can I give -0000 stars the system is such a huge headache. Don't waste your time or money on this system . I've had nothing but a bad experience with the quality of this system ,customer service has not helped in fixing the neverending issues..Just too frustrating.
System is unstable. doorbell camera always broken unable to get someone to come out quickly to fix their equipment, want to charge me to fix the system i pay for. Their phone support has been degraded many people can’t answer questions or i get a different answer when asking the same question to different people. They used to be good but things have changed. I do not recommend ADT.
Would do -☆ if I could. Nothing but one problem after another and the service and IT are incompetent!! They don't know how to do anything right. So sick of having to deal with them, I cant wait til contract is up and can cancel service.
