Horrible service! We have been lied to about the services we were to receive. It’s been a month, we are billed and no cameras installed. Ghosted twice by the installer who admitted to damaging our electrical. Their insurance requrements are so unreasonable no contractors they and I called are willing to do an estimate. Immense pressure within 10 min of meeting the installer we were UPSOLD and pressured to put a 5 star review on thr installers phone. Overpriced, the app is useless outside of unlocking your own door. Can’t update any information online because the customer accounts portal/ MYADT is always down so they’ll call your old phone number no matter how you adjust it on the app, which is extremely useful in the event of a fire that you’re unaware of until your emergency contact calls you. You also will never be able to access your contract with them unless you kept the physical copy because they lock everything you sign through google, and without access to the cu... read more

⭐ 1/5 I am extremely disappointed with my experience with ADT. After my account was canceled, I personally removed my debit card from the account and was not enrolled in EasyPay. Despite that, ADT still processed a payment using a card that had previously been used on the account. When I contacted ADT, I was told that their system automatically charged the previously used card. I explained several times that I did not authorize this payment and that the card had been removed.
