Can I give -0000 stars the system is such a huge headache. Don't waste your time or money on this system . I've had nothing but a bad experience with the quality of this system ,customer service has not helped in fixing the neverending issues..Just too frustrating.
System is unstable. doorbell camera always broken unable to get someone to come out quickly to fix their equipment, want to charge me to fix the system i pay for. Their phone support has been degraded many people can’t answer questions or i get a different answer when asking the same question to different people. They used to be good but things have changed. I do not recommend ADT.
Would do -☆ if I could. Nothing but one problem after another and the service and IT are incompetent!! They don't know how to do anything right. So sick of having to deal with them, I cant wait til contract is up and can cancel service.
I don't know why ADT only gets 2.8 stars. They are the best on the market hands down. I've had them now for 3 1/2 years and no problems. I have cameras all over and their security service and they have been amazing to work with. Very reliable. I would highly recommend their services. The other can be so easily hacked. No thanks..5 stars easy.. Thank You ADT..
ADT use to be top tier, I had them for 15 years, when I bought again, their service is horrid. Me and family members are looking to change before the end of the year
