Worst decision of my life was giving these people my business
Not a good company at all!!!!!!! They are scammers 5 year contract that does not work correctly my alarm has went off multiple times when I wasn’t home resulting in the cops showing up multiple times that I have to pay over 2,000 for there system is EXTREMELY faulty does not work correctly and the customer service people lied to get the sale did NOT explain it was a 5 YEARR Contract very upset with how this company has treated me and my husband. Called to move services to new house and they wanted to charge me to take it down. Then no one called me back after waiting 3 days I called them back! Terrible!! Then to charge to change locations is ridiculous considering the price you already pay for the equipment..customer service was terrible..no one really cared to help.!!Then the last representative I talked to hung up on me!! Just ridiculous!!! Will be changing my home security.I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
