Worst experience with this alarm system ! Been having issues back to back since April of this year . For one particular location ( I have 2 other company’s I use adt) . Had multiple señsor issues battery issues . Had to have multiple people come out and the next month there’s another issue. I am fed up ! Not to mention the long wait times on hold. They told me they would not charge me due to inconvenience I have now been charged $503 without my consent !! When I called to talk to supervisor I got transferred 3 different time... read more
Customer service with this company is horrible. Doesn’t matter if you’ve been a customer for years, you can’t get decent service from them. Trying to get anything accomplished over the phone is like being in a circle of hell. Someone puts you on hold for ten minutes only for some other random person to pick up and make you start over again.
