Misled Into $5,000 Loan Without Full Disclosure — Ongoing Dispute I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with ADT. I was quoted a total cost of $1,103.33 for my security system, and I paid $663 upfront. And itemized list of equipment installed and the total. Later i find out it was not a complete list of equipment nor was it the correct total.
