They lie about what they say there going to do. They say they will come out and set up the cameras. No they will show up and leave and say the job is to big. Then they say they will call you to reschedule. No you won’t get a call. I had to call them 3 days later to set up a new appointment. Wrong. They said someone will call you in 24 hours with new appointment. No. Is been a month already no appointment no call. We have had a horrible experience with ADT. Our system has issues constantly with he smoke detectors and the door and windows sensors. The tech that installed them with incredibly sloppy. Some of them are spaced to far apart so they go off when they shouldnt or they constantly fall off the door. When the tech came out and aet up our system she told us a different price then what we were charged. By $100's of dollars. Do not believe them when they say price will not increase while you under the contract. Will definitely cancel the service after end of the contract! Most expensive among others.
Their ADT+ service doesn't work. Their door sensors keep triggering on and off throughout the day with a slow breeze. They sent 5 techs to my home, they tried different sensors, switching sensor and magnet position, top and side of door. They leave saying it was fixed, then 1 or 2 hours later, the door sensor triggers again with the door closed.
