Absolutely horrible service. I have had a sensor problem for over 6 months. I had tried resolving the issue going through every department of ADT with all resulting in dead ends. I finally had a tech trouble shoot my system and he determined it was a bad door sensor, he then told me he would mail out a new sensor and it never showed up, that was 6 months ago. I have been very pleased with my ADT service. I’m mostly pleased by the customer service from Jason. He gave me the initial quote and recommendation for a system to meet our needs. I have reached out twice to him, and both times, he responded quickly. We most recently changed our WiFi. I am not the best at figuring out technology but he was extremely responsive and helpful when I had to reset our security cameras. He goes above and beyond in customer service. 10 stars for Jason!
Do not purchase from them horrible service horrible customer service falsely charged my card for a service they did not probide they will not return my money or help with anything
They do not service Minnesota. They do not provide help.Do not hire this company
Avoid ADT like your life depends upon it. And it just might. They install systems that don't work and then they try to charge you to come fix them. Having nothing is literally better than ADT.
