Horrible company. I have been with them for almost 9 years but now I will move to another company. They fraudulently charged $209 on my credit card without my authorization. The system was not operating appropriately so I requested a service, however, the technician who showed up was unreasonable so I requested another technician. If I could give ADT ZERO stars, I would. The problems started THE DAY they installed the system. The Google Nest/ADT equipment wasn't working properly before the installer even left. The hubs kept going black and STILL do. ADT sent another technician, and even he couldn't get them working properly. THE NEXT DAY, I texted the ADT sales rep IN WRITING that I didn't like anything that had been done. ADT is worst!!! No way to get customer service! Take hours to chat & agent has no power to do anything! Won't transfer to superiors. JUST DON'T SIGN UP WITH THEM!!!!!! USE ANYONE ELSE!!!
