I've had ADT in each of my last 4 homes, and I've always been happy with the service. When I moved to Delaware 3 years ago, the customer service was the best of any of the locations. Ivan Traverso, the company representative, was the reason. He helped me choose all the right elements for my security system, he ensured my understanding of how to use everything, and his continued follow-up made sure I had a successful experience with new technology. I just referred my neighbor to him, and she was equally impressed.
Ivan, was definitely the best he got me all my services, devices, products and more he was polite, informative and patient he made my experience so much better and I recommend 10/10
Ivan is a very professional and courteous young man. I had multiple questions numerous times and EACH time he was very patient sometimes having to explain twice until I finally grasped it. But he was always kind, personable, & seemed to really care about his customers. It was a pleasure to veal with him.
The worst company in the world to have to deal with. Deceptive billing practices, deceptive sales tactics.
The customer service of ADT is horrific. I just spent close to an hour on the phone over a $59 charge. I pay thousands of dollars to ADT for service and equipment and insurance on the equipment. My ring door bell camera was defective and a technician replace it. He told me explicitly that if they charge me the service fee I can call and get it waived and he was putting down no charge in the notes.
