What is going on with ADT, the streaming keeps going out. Four weeks I've been dealing with this. And for the record, there's zero issues with my Wifi, none. Fix it. New Castle Delaware. 19720 Sharol F. Addison WHY IS THE LEFT SIDE OF MY CAMERA CONTINUALLY OFFLINE. THE RIGHT SIDE HAS NO ISSUES, MY INTERNET, CABLE AND ROUTER ARE WORKING PERFECTLY. THE ISSUE IS WITH ADT, WHY WOULD THE RIGHT SIDE STAY ONLINE AND THE LEFTSIDE NOT. FIX IT!!! I'M IN NEW CASTLE DELAWARE. THIS IS VERY ANNOYING AND I'M SICK OF IT PERIOD !!

I just started with this company my cameras have been down for a while now & was promised by multiple agents that they would wave the service charges multiple times & then when tech arrives he states my manager said I have to collect the full amount I asked who's the manager & received a response we are not giving you his number!! They claim I will only have to pay the 59.99 up front now I'm told 149.00 per hour I can't afford it so my camera's will remain down & if I try to cancel they will charge me 4,600.00They we're a go... read more
