The customer service of ADT is horrific. I just spent close to an hour on the phone over a $59 charge. I pay thousands of dollars to ADT for service and equipment and insurance on the equipment. My ring door bell camera was defective and a technician replace it. He told me explicitly that if they charge me the service fee I can call and get it waived and he was putting down no charge in the notes. Ivan is wonderful. So knowledgeable and very patient for all his customers! All right.
I didn’t know anything about home security system just because I was afraid without much knowledge I’ll trigger the alarm but as I met with Contractor Ivan, he put me at ease after he explain to how the system was very user friendly and how it was easy to just pick the plan that fit your needs and finally, how fast it was to get the system install within my home. Very recommended thanks
