Recently got ADT and we love it! Price is reasonable and I feel safe in my house. However, I do not give 5 stars because of the customer service. Our installer is nice and very informative. Manager and sales representative don’t answer back my calls or text. I got ADT locally mainly because of the convenience of having people in town but that back fired.
