I have used ADT for about 12 years now and today, they came buy to install a 4th Camera that I needed, while there he felt it was best to add new equipment, which he did (young guy 23 years old) then at the end he asked what my cell provider I had and i pulled up my bill , it was about $80, now I have Telus at $40.00, , No more Fido, very happy . To keep it fair, I have had issues but they always have taken care of me and have never hung up the phone not 100% happy
Why isn't 0 an option? What a dirty company. We had a break in, all their equipment failed. Called them and he puts the system on test over the phone, tells me it's not working. They proceed to schedule a technician. The tech comes in, presses buttons, said your system is 100% and leaves. Great way to avoid liability and claims from clients. Their equipment belongs in the garbage.
I been a client of ADT for over 30 plus years the service from tbe branch manager is not exceptable.
Shakir came and replaced a doorbell and his customer service was exceptional. Friendly, patient, and efficient. It works perfect and we greatly appreciate the replacement!
