This is a very bad company to have for your safety!! We have had issues for years and getting worse! Time to find a better company!! They should have a 0 star!!!
Worst company ever. Smoke alarm going off all the time. Fire dept showing up and now billing me over 1000. Because of faulty equipment. Have phoned in at least 10 times. Always say they'll call back. Never do. Pretty sure I'm actually calling the Phillipines. They never know my account. I have repeated myself over and over about the same issue. I have lost my husband and the account was under his name. Now they can never find the account when I call in. I have changed all the info, one day they can find me and the next they ... read more

I know ADT was bought out by Telus. If you are thinking of going through ADT Telus for your alarm system..... don't do it. Their customer service is terrible!!!!
Do you like to have cameras that only records animals but ignores the people rummaging through your car? They have that. Do you like to cook or shower? If so, avoid their smoke detector. The silence button does nothing useful. The alarm panel screams because the smoke detectors going off. You silent the detector, but then it goes off again because the panel is going off. it's a vicious circle that's only solved with a hammer.
