If you are able to avoid using this company, do it. In the 3 years we've had our system with them it has been the most frustrating customer experience. I wish I could give ZERO stars. Terrible salespeople, terrible installers, terrible management. And the product has the same features and benefits as any other. Do yourself a favor.
