DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Their technician Brayan is a liar. He told us we HAD to get the Google cameras because that’s all the offered so $1,3000(4 cameras and a doorbell camera). He spent 12 hours and did not complete the job. He said he would come back and never did. So we had to call another technician out to complete the job Brayan did finish. Do not trust adt!!!!!! Not reliable cameras work when they want it’s so sad!! Cus you can’t even depend plus their so slow ughhhhhhhhh this is so frustrating
Would never recommend this company, I didn’t deal with this location specifically but customer service will literally BULLY YOU when you try to cancel your services. I get it’s your job to try and save the customer from leaving, but after repeating myself no less than 15 times that our decision was final, that was absolutely ridiculous.
I believe this is the closest location to their Fort Worth corporate office. If you see this review and you are a landlord or operator looking for a smart home solution for your multi family asset, go elsewhere. Laughably awful experience and I would have to write a 4,000 word review to truly capture the comedy of errors that is still playing out months after installation.
Came here to ensure this is at 1 star and not 1.2. Worst customer service experience of my life. Run. Do not sign that long contract. My list of reasons is too long. Faulty equipment. Ridiculous fees. And to reiterate, the worst customer service to exist.
