Dangerous Security Provider. AVOID at all costs!! Another example of a company being purchased by a big corporation and losing complete grip and care. When ADT was overtaken by Telus, our services were transferred. We had Telus security reps come to our home to assess the safety of the system and any necessary upgrades. No motion detectors were placed upstairs, at their guidance and unbeknownst to us, they didn't even check the functionality of the existing detectors.
