Beyond horrible service and customer service. Run away from ADT!!! I can’t say that enough. They charge ridiculous amounts , give you a system that requires you changing battery every month and when you call, you get tossed from one department to the other. If you enjoy that and also spending your entire day just trying to call this useless company , then go for it.
Terrible service Terrible product Will never do business with this company again! Personal that answer the phone are rude.
Worst customer service ever, sales people don’t know what they are doing! ADT used to be great and has gone down the tubes Bigtime!
