I have had nothing but problems with these guys. Starting with install they told me they were going to simply reactivate the wired system in my house, but when they showed it they cut all the wires, then said I had to replace with wifi and tried charging me over $5k. We’re still in dispute, they won’t return my calls. Then the system itself…constantly having false smoke alarms, the firemen have been here twice. DO NOT USE THEM! I spent thousands of dollars on a newly upgraded ADT home alarm system to my new home I purchased. The home already had a ADT alarm system from previous owner. The technician convinced me to upgrade which I did! Big mistake! I had this new alarm system installed in November when I flew in to get the house ready for when I return with family for final move in. I flew back after 10 days of install. Terrible almost nonexistent customer service. I didn't sign up for this company, my account was sold to them against my will! Now I have to figure out how to get rid of them.
This company is horrible i will never recommend adt the customer service lies they dont want to fixed nothing they charge us $3000 the company need to be out of business horrible company and i hope they put out business
