This Company is full of staff who lies and mislead you, read the contract terms and DON’T use them if possible. You will regret it one way or the other
Great Service and it operates immediatdtely
Terrible experience when moved. I have been a customer for over 3 years and when I decide to move I had to encounter a terrible experience. I was sent a new system at my current address and have been trying to get it set up since I moved in. Every time I call this company they are telling me I still live at the old address. I have updated my address online as well as on the phone with representatives. And yet still, I am still calling trying to set up my Home system and still getting the same runaround. I have a business account and a residential both not very reliable. The technician doesn’t call to cancel. Doesn’t show up very bad attitude from these people as well. Customer service is very slow on the phone. Also, if you can get a remote system of your own, that doesn’t need human monitoring like these people I happen to have a no charge service agreement but still no use.
Very expensive in the beginning less then every year raise you have to pay for the equipment too sucks !!
