I would give them zero stars if i could. Worst Customer service i’ve ever experienced. spent over 16 hrs total on the phone trying to undo the nightmare of a mess they made after I tried to change the billing address of my second residence. And it is still unresolved. Do not waste your time
I am so angry at this company. I bought my house in 2022 and in early 2023 a salesman came to talk to me about installing a security system. His name was Stephen Rivera Jr. I had never had a security system before and wasn't sure how much I would need it, but he quoted me a price of $55 plus tax/month and stated it would stay the same FOREVER. Their customer service line is, by far, the worst I've ever dealt with. They truly don't care. Their system started chirping and no amount of resets helps. There should be a support group for victims of their deactivated chirping units. It's a real torture to have it randomly chirp at your with cryptic messages and customer service refusing to help.
I called ADt to ask about any promotions available since I’ve been a customer for a very long time and was told there was a hold on my account. The representative asked me what kind of panel I had and said that mine was outdated and most likely signal was not being transmitted for monitoring. When I asked why I was being charged monthly fee for service I was not getting and why nobody contacted me, she said “Oh no, your house is being monitored. John Montouri do not deal with this guy walked into my brand new house I bought 2 weeks ago and acted like he owned the place. The worst attitude started touching things and tried to sell me as soon as he walked through the door when the customer service person on the phone told me different.
