Outdated technology. Annually raise prices. Canceling is a headache. Costumer service hung up on me to avoid canceling my service. In reply to your response, I did call. After an hour on the phone, your service rep was unable to resolve the non-stop beeping and had us unplug the entire system. That was the fix?! Additionally, your smoke alarm failed (after 6 years) and I have to buy a new smoke alarm on my own? Bizarre. Completely unhelpful. This is the service I’m paying for? Not any more.
biggest scam of a company I have ever seen. I recently moved into my home that previously had a adt system installed with ADT cameras around the perimeter. They are crooks. Promised us 24 hour surveillance and lifetime warranty on there system. My system does not work and my camera shuts off and is extremely blurry. I Had to pay for the guy to come out and he refused to do anything. They will answer for there lies and unprofessional behavior.
I had this system placed in my home in 2013. My contract expired in May 2025 but physically disconnected the system in the fall of 2024. I connected them several times advising them that I no longer wanted their services. The account was current when the contract expired. They keep sending me bills for what? I do not have their service and the equipment has expired so why would I keep their service?
