ADT has gone downhill substantially. I have been on the phone today for over two hours. Trying to get someone on the phone just to change a battery. I have tried the Chat it doesn’t work correctly. This is disgusting and I am going to cancel my account. please be aware. I am a senior citizen. I have been a member of and have had my account for over 22 years. I’m 74 years old and blind and one eye and I need assistance and I cannot get anyone on the phone Needless to say, I’m done
I have a customer for over 11 years. Had my contract renewed many times. Last time I needed an upgrade for my sensors. I paid over $409. That was the end of April 0f 2026. l needed the upgrade because my system ws constantly malfunctioning. Theytold me it was happening because of my old sensors. I paid to change them. 4 months later I have the same issue. Only now no one picks up the phone. It feels like they closed the company. Nothing. Absolutely horrible customer service, no one is helpful, everyone has an attitude. Wish I had not entered into contract with them. Worst mistake as a home owner. Look elsewhere
