Only support staff do not seem to read the message as they are sent in the online support chat. 45 mins in a chat for the rep to tell me something that only brought me back to reason I was chatting with them. Completely useless, not helpful and they do not seem to keep track of why they send materials to its customers. No help nor instruction.
