We decided to try ADT when Defenders one of their subcontractors sent out a promotional price and set up fee in a flyer. However when they set up the contract, it was double what they told me it would cost per month. Since then I have been talking to ADT and Defenders to fix the price, it has taken two more signed updated contracts and 15+ phone calls and they still haven't updated the price when they said they would fix it. On a personal level, having recently moved to a rather larger house with a much larger yard, I already experienced the benefit off ADT, within a week. At the very least, this system provide you with a peace of mind, when confronted with subjectively ( although not objectively ) challenging situations. Nathan, our installer was great! He was on time, clean, and well prepared. He explained things as long the way and asked questions to personalize our system. Once completed, he explained everything, including how to set up the Pulse app on our phones. He left his cell number and I called him with a question an hour later. Very satisfied.
