They keep harassing me after I've asked them numerous times to stop sending me messages. I have never been a customer, and will never be because of how I am being mistreated by ADT.
Having a horrible experience trying to cancel service after being a customer for over 8 years. One of my offices suffers from persistent false alarms that support can't fix. Another office had a faulty touchpad, but ADT required me to either sign a contract renewal or pay out-of-pocket for a service call to replace it. To top it off, to cancel service now, they are demanding I pay out the remainder of a 5-year contract.
