Avoid ADT at All Costs - Horrible Customer Service and Inefficient Processes I’ve been an ADT customer since March 2021, and my recent experience trying to cancel my service has solidified my decision to never deal with them again. This company is a scam. They charged insane prices for hardware that they told us was ours, then when we tried to leave (as their services don’t actually work), they held it hostage. Quitting is also an impossible process that we are going through that now (while simultaneously contacting lawyers). This is an incredibly expensive mistake. Stay away.

This company is running a scam on Senior citizens . They keep sending me bills for service I never received living in a rv. Stating my payment did not go thru. Because I never game them a card to be charged with. I called and explained it to them. Then reported it to the fraud department. Check your auto payment
