My Google cameras are constantly going off line. I called Technical Support and was advised when they were initially installed, the technician did not test to see if my Eero was compatible with making sure the connectivity was adequate. I wasn’t offered a solution to the problem because they stated I had a “gold” account. They asked that I contact Mason Shaw who is the ADT retin my area. I called Mason with no reply. Please help me. I am a long time customer of ADT and deserve better.
Avoid ADT at All Costs - Horrible Customer Service and Inefficient Processes I’ve been an ADT customer since March 2021, and my recent experience trying to cancel my service has solidified my decision to never deal with them again. This company is a scam. They charged insane prices for hardware that they told us was ours, then when we tried to leave (as their services don’t actually work), they held it hostage. Quitting is also an impossible process that we are going through that now (while simultaneously contacting lawyers). This is an incredibly expensive mistake. Stay away.
