Do not use ADT. My husband called to cancel our service, nothing was noted of this, only that he called. They have continued to bill us for a service we no longer have. I gave them a small amount on the balance, they never posted my payment! I will continue ti fight this awful service!!Do your research before using these companies.
Appointment was never honored. I took off work after waiting a week for service. Can't arm the system, beeping all night and have to silence it over and over. The monitoring company called several times for this. I hope that someone calls to reschedule.
The absolute worst customer service. No one was able to tell me where my technician was if they were coming why they were late. No one knew what they were doing or even how to look up my account. I was disconnected many times. I wasted over 2 hours on the phone waiting for them to direct me to the correct department. No one there has any idea what they are doing. I ended up waiting over 6 hours for someone to show up. I would never recommend there services.
I got the newest system top of the line alarm system. Everything would be perfect except they have a new billing system which just does not work. Tried to pay for equipment up front. They seem to have known idea how to do this. When I look at the bill on line it shows that I have an installment loan. Spent 2 days trying to resolve still waiting. I don't want an installment loan. Get it together ADT!
