Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE on the planet! Anytime you have a technical issue with their equipment it a $200 charge to get a tech out to check it. Spend 2 hours dealing with "customer service" only to have the call "dropped". Personally I think they hang up because they are to incompetent to actually know how to fix an issue. Avoid switching to TELUS ADT at all costs. I would sooner pay more monthly than deal with these clowns, counting the months till my contract is up, and then I'm switching to anyone else.

Unprofessional and poor service. Customer service is ZERO. They keep hanging up if you call the cancellation department but when you call sales, they pick up within 10 seconds. Pure scammers. DO NOT TRUST YOUR BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
