Pire service de sécurité! J'ai été client pendant 8 ans puis d'un seul coup ADT décide de rehausser ces coûts. C'est à ce moment que l'on réalise que notre système est obsolète depuis le début. Sensors défectueux. Jamais personne n'est venu essayer de corriger la situation. Après il t'oblige à payer les frais pour un système qui ne marche pas. On va se reprendre certain.

Absolutely terrible service since telus took over the monitoring center. Its a guessing game that you need to figure out yourself. No after hours service to discuss an alarm that went off. I have 3 services with them and will now start to look for another company.
