Absolutely terrible service since telus took over the monitoring center. Its a guessing game that you need to figure out yourself. No after hours service to discuss an alarm that went off. I have 3 services with them and will now start to look for another company.

Extremely poor service. So called SmartHome Security, NO invoice was sent to me, never for my home security system; but the account was sent to the collection agency; do you this it is abnormal, yes it is absurd. On asking for the invoice, the invoice was not provided; reason: the amount with the collection agency may be different. Telus tech came to our house, informed us that another department had to help us and that he would request they call us. 12 days later we had not heard from anyone so we called Telus. Telus tech had not correctly submitted the request. So be sure to follow up as their techs are not reliable.
I was with THE MONITORING CENTRE prior to the TELUS takeover. They've suspended reviews on TMC Google page for obvious reasons, so I've brought my concerns here since it's still owned by Telus. I paid for the services for the year with TMC before the merge and my services weren't brought over by Telus although I have an invoice that shows paid.
