Don’t use ADT. They locked me into a 5 year contract and after 3 years half the equipment is damaged and I don’t need the alarm system anymore but they require that I pay a termination fee that is 75% of the remaining contract which is over $1000 and the remaining equipment fee that is $700. I am stuck with a system I no longer need and am highly unsatisfied! Not only that but they increase my payments every year too. Don’t go with ADT they are professional scammers.
Equipment is junk wouldn't recommen
No stars if it would allow me to post. This service has NOT worked in over a year because it goes off randomly and then I get a call from the police department. I have been waiting for the contract to expire so that I can be finished. If you owe them money you will get through with ZERO wait. If you need something from them you will wait for HOURS. I have been on hold for over an hour multiple times. The last representative hung up on me. And, you can't cancel without talking to a "CANCELLATION REPRESENTATIVE". This is worse... read more
Had to tell the sales person to get off of my property 5 TIMES before giving up on his sales pitch AFTER I had told him kindly that I didnt want to hear his pitch, they target new homeowners for their pitches and are very pushy, would not recommend and deserves lower than a 1 star but its not possible, salesman is lucky he was unharmed
This morning I was startled by two men at my door pounding repeatedly. I was home alone with my 3 year old son waiting for my husband to get home. I could see them through my side window and with their continuously aggressive knocking I did NOT feel comfortable opening the door to greet them. They left. Then they return after my husband arrives and he answers the door only to find out they were from your company trying to get us to sign up for your services. WHAT?!?
