Beyond over ADT. I don’t like to point fingers & maybe it’s my fault for not doing enough research before going under contract with ADT. But how can we trust ADT with our home security when they can’t even help us with support?? I’ve attempted to cancel my ADT plus service for two months. I’ve received verbal confirmation multiple times from ADT and they continue to bill me. I contacted the BBB who got me in contact with an executive response and resolution specialist who stated they would refund my money and cancel the service; however, I just got billed again today after multiple months, calls, and emails. NEVER sign with them. The lady on the phone said it was a 12 month contract, they sent a 36 to e sign and if you cancel they will charge you for 100% of all the remaining mo the. Really easy to make a company like this Make a cheap contract that you can increase as you want. Lock the client for 100 years and then charge all hundred years of unpaid increasing fees if they cancel. I'm going to small claims against them
What security? Since you can’t get them to even show up for the appointment or to do the install when they say, that already says a lot. 3rd time they didn’t show up for our scheduled installation today. You call customer service and tell 30 people why you’re calling and they just keep transferring you to more CS people at the same level. You ask for a manager and that’s about as likely as finding a unicorn in your backyard. Zero customer service and zero accountability!
