Today i had a reinstallation with Javier. Not only was he very knowledgable of his job but Javier was courteous, professional, patient, and took his time to make sure my house was armed to my wish. I signed up for ADT+ in October 2025, and my experience has been terrible less than 30-days into this service. All of the equipment ordered wasn't shipped, and I've spent 3-4 hours on the phone with ADT+ customer service (8 different representatives/departments) today trying to resolve the issue, which is still not resolved. I'm now being charged $42.99 monthly for an incomplete security system.
