This is a very bad company to do business with
Sent a salesman who threw aggressively opened my screen door, rang my doorbell and pounded on my door. If I was considering this company for security I certainly am not now. Who does that?? Didnt even give me a second to respond I have a whole video doorbell dude chill out. Definitely don't recommend a company who is so demanding to be seen. Christian don't ever come back.
We had the service for four years, overall service was just ok. We moved in the past month and I called to give them 2 weeks notice to stop service. I received a bill to cover for services that ran almost 6 weeks past my move date!!! No phone number to call, I had to use their online chat to question the bill. 20 minutes later and a lot of confusion, I got nowhere... After consistent payments all that time, I can't believe the cancellation process is so difficult. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone!
Absolutely one of the worst companies ever dont do it....i was quoted one price monthly but was charged 10 dollars over until recently now it is raised to 20 over 2 more months of this crappy contract. Never again
Scam don’t do it. They got me by saying my bill would be only 65$ a month offered a 100$ gift card from a door to door salesman with no fees to install. Fast forward a little over 2 years later they are charging 80$ a month and stated that the way the contract is written they can increase the cost annually without needing agreement to continue the contract with the new costs. It is also 80$ per tech visit to repair door sensors that constantly go bad. I am eager for my contract to expire.
