This company is the worst, they install improperly in purpose to get you signed into a contract, the contacts fell off the windows the same day as installed when they were supposed to replace the hardwired contacts. They charged for wireless when we don't have Internet or need them. They do a poor install so they can charge you more each trip to service their crappy products. Terrible company. Their systems pieces crapped out on me and I have to get charged to have them replaced, even for them to just give me a replacement part it’s a charge for them to come deliver it. How ridiculous. The parts won’t last your three year contract and if you want out you have to pay. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Horrible equipment that kept going off at random times, customer service is lazy and arrogant, they keep charging my mom's account even after we have tried to cancel several times. STAY AWAY!!!
You can’t ever get anyone on the phone. It’s not obvious who to call. The prompts don’t respond. They take your money and coast with little to no service offered.
Previous employee, completed training after spending 160 dollars in fuel to go to dead leads they refuse to pay me the wages for the training which came to 250 dollars for four days of my own expense, after contacting my supervisor to find out why my pay check hasn’t been issued , they stated I didn’t work enough for them to pay me! Crappy line of work if you’re looking to build yourself 44 door knocks with no potential! Not worth the money it takes to get started!!!! If I could have given a ZERO stars I would have!!!!!
