Scam don’t do it. They got me by saying my bill would be only 65$ a month offered a 100$ gift card from a door to door salesman with no fees to install. Fast forward a little over 2 years later they are charging 80$ a month and stated that the way the contract is written they can increase the cost annually without needing agreement to continue the contract with the new costs. It is also 80$ per tech visit to repair door sensors that constantly go bad. I am eager for my contract to expire.
We had a horrible experience with this terrible company. We were lied to by there salesman and he sold us broken products and refused to replace and is trying to charge us a fortune for it. The products are completely inferior to products like ring which I highly recommend. You Cannot rely on this company to protect your home. Please make smart decisions everyone and be safe .
This company is a scam. When I initially called I was quoted a reasonable price.when the Tec arrived he told us the smallest package we could do for equipment was 3,000 dollars. This was not the quote . I was told 100. This was not agreeable but at the time we had a lot going and felt bad he came out to us so we thought we would try it. And it is horrible. 25 Years of Loyalty — No Call When My Alarm Went Off I’ve been an ADT customer for over 25 years, and at my current address since 2015. On November 3rd, while we were on vacation, my alarm went off for over an hour — and no one from ADT ever called.
