ADT got hacked and all customer s information leaked to the black web. Emails , pH number, address ECT. I changed emails and password s. I'm getting 25 calls a day from spam since this happened. Most companies when hacked will offer at least 1 year of identity theft for customers. I called ADT 2 times and asked if they were offering any type of identity protection.Because it wasn't the customer s fault they got hacked. Stay away from ADT it is very problematic in every way. Worst service I have ever had goes off all the time. Long hold times to talk to someone you can’t understand. Billing problem never end. ADT is the worst of the worst.
Our technician Pedro was wonderful, went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. He spent extra time to get the job done in the best way possible. We've been ADT customers for decades and continue to highly recommend their services.
