I had ADT service for over 8 years. I experienced a fire in my kitchen earlier this week. ADT alarm did not make a sound. Two of my hardwired home smoke alarms went off. ADT did not call me or fire dept. I extinguished the fire myself, so I did not call for the fire dept to assist. ADT system failed. ADT service is inadequate. No telling how long it has been inoperable. I cancelled my service today and was told I am still being billed for the next month while their process to cancel my service with them takes place. By far the worst company I’ve ever done business with!! I’ve been waiting over a month for the installation of the rest of my security system. Have already paid for my first month for what?! Some half fast job and I don’t even get what I’m supposed to be paying for?! Would never recommend to anyone.
