Old system of there’s in our home from previous owner is ringing and ADT claims they can’t do anything about it.
Do NOT get service with ADT. I have been a customer since 2014. Their customer service has declined since then. Perhaps it is better if you’re in another service area, but be warned the national customer service is not good either. One person will tell you one thing, then another person tells you something else. Clearly their company systems do not communicate with one another or update properly. AVOID!!! Won’t let us cancel and continue to hassle us for a past due amount when we canceled the service months in advance and several times before we moved. Trying to wear us down to just pay when in fact they say we didn’t call to cancel and just slapped us with a past due…for three months IN ADVANCE and we don’t even live there. And canceled several times now, don’t live in the house and the billing cycle not even up yet….but somehow we owe. Ten years loyal customer and that means nothing! Berrien Springs MI
Completely unreliable and shady. They'll lie about your system's capability to get a signature, then not reply once they get your money. They overcharged for promised functionality that doesn't exist, quietly signed me up for a multi-year contract I didn't agree to, then promptly ignored me. And don't bother with contacting the email address in the reply to this review; they'll outright tell you they're fine with their representatives using these tactics, and you're out of luck. Go with literally any other company.
