Would leave 0 stars but i actually cant tell me how i buy there cheap knock off products resend them the 2nd week becasue its so underwhelming and cancel my account just to be charged for a amount thag wasnt agreed on in the contract i was not informed of then when i goto call them they say my accound is deactivated they cant find it so when i ask them how they billed me i get put on to hold just to be hassled around and given the run around i still dont have a refund
Sales people are AWFUL! Service is below average. Would never come back, even if it was free. Everything is so expensive but nothing works. Expect at least 45 min on the phone just to get a hold of anyone and then it's someone reading a script that has no idea what they're doing.
Absolutely awful. I made the mistake of signing up for Alder security, and received a system that never functioned correctly. I had requested to Alder that they cancel my service. They said they would, but never did. During this period, one of my credits expired, and I stopped seeing charges, so I thought it was done. After ADT purchased them, they called and said my account had an unpaid balance. I told them I would pay it, but I wanted service canceled. Terrible experience, they scammed me out of $5400. I signed up for service as I had a house I was trying to sell but it kept being vandalized. So I called ADT & said, I'm trying to sell a house, I need service until it sells. 3-6 months max. Stupid me trusted them, and signed a contract without reading it fully as we were still on the phone & I had clearly said 3-6 months, come to find out when the house sold and I called to cancel, they said I signed a 60 month contract. 5 YEARS and that to cancel it, I had to pay $5400. Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Horrible customer service!! My parenta are DEAD and I can’t cancel their service! Waited on hold 45 minutes and they hung up on me! Oh, they answer right away if you want to start a new service! Beyond disgusted!
