Horrible!! Safe Haven set me up with cameras I didn’t want and the system doesn’t work all the time. The cameras are hit or miss and I was totally ripped off by the price of the system. BUYER BEWARE!!! Don’t use them.
We had Youssef as our technician today and he was wonderful!. We could tell right away that he was extremely experienced and the man for the job. He was very patient with all of our questions and concerns. He made us feel very safe and confident with the service.
They really need to create a place for zero stars so save your money guys go to a different security company please for the love of God. I've been a client here for probably about 5 years now and you know we've only done 2-year contracts all the sudden they managed to slide in there the 5-year contract which I'm going to take a look at that paperwork anyways our system we have not used it all. Horrible company run away as fast as you can from this company who over charges and lies about everything. A free installation on a transferred contract has cost me about 2,000. FREE they said, big fat lie. Finally cancelled and will never recommend.
9 months ago I considered ADT for home security, but opted to go another route and requested to be removed from ALL solicitation lists. Today, Saturday, 8/16/2025, a little after 10am, “Steven” and buddy showed up at my home, aggressively knocking on the door - multiple times. When I did not open the door, he left a flyer with his name/phone # scribbled on the flyer along with “Be back later”.
