Dealing with customer service has been exhausting. Long hold times, being bounced around with no real resolution, and now a mysterious device failure just over a year in. When I reached out for help, I was told I’d need to pay for extended warranty coverage something I was never made aware of in the first place. Cann get assistance to get my cameras back online. I have been a customer for 12yrs and thing have changed alot
Locked me into a contract when I was trying to cancel.
After spending hundreds of dollars on up grades and monitoring services I am being fined by my city for not having a premit for the up grades. The ADT representative told me that it was my responsibility to pull the premit. ADT did not inform me of this. I thought they would pull the permit like they did when I signed up with them almost thirty years. Not happy with ADT.
The worst customer service in the world. I highly recommend to never buy this service. I called and was transferred six times to different departments and the call being hung up.
