Way too pushy
horrible if I could give them a 0 in customer service, I would. Their service has gone down over the years drastically a lot of calls are being handled by overseas agents with very little empathy during the calls. Today, I called regarding a charge on my account that was not authorized. I was speaking to representative Brandon who decided to disconnect my call after asking to speak to his supervisor.
