A few days ago my driveway camera went out so I called and scheduled an appointment for a tech to come out and see what the problem was. It was a painless experience setting up the appointment. Antonio tech# 352979 showed up within an hour of our 4 hour window. Nice guy, very smart and intelligent. He figured out what was wrong quickly and replaced my camera. I will be cancelling on Monday. The person on the phone told me they could not disable alarm. I called because the screen was glitching and it would not allow me to put passcode in to disarm. The screen is in pristine condition with no cracks and smudges. Since he said he could not disable I asked if he could at least stop the alarm from going off and he said no. In 8 years and 8 months of having this service, I only received one upgrade. When I called to cancel the service, I was told I will still be charged for another month after the service even if someone else activates the system. That in itself is horrid, but to have the agent chewing throughout the conversation was horrible. Be careful.
