I never leave a review! ADT is the worst. They screw up billing. You try and call and get transferred to a bunch of different people. Empty promises.
THIS IS A BAD COMPANY TOO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY IS A BIG LIAR HAS LAZY TECHS POOR COSTUMER SERVICE THEY DONT TAKE NO PRIDE IN THEIR LOYAL COSTUMERS I WOULDNT RECOMMEND ADT TOO ANYONE THEY WANNA CHARGE U FULL PRICE TO FIX THEY PRODUCT WHEN U PAY THEM MONTHLY THE TECHS NEVER ARRIVE ON ETA THEY HAVE POOR CUSTOMERS SERVICE SKILLS I HATE THIS COMPANY
ADT overall sucks‼️They require 3-yr contracts. They charge a ridiculous fee & by the hour to come out and fix their cameras if they go down. Can’t wait to cancel (hell, I might even do it earlier). I do not recommend.
