ADT has overcharged me more than $4,400 over the past 31 months — billing me $209/month instead of the $64.19/month I agreed to in my signed contract. DON’T use this service. They lie and trick and are the worst ! I had cancelled my service 3 days after installation due to financial difficulties family problems I was dealing with. They said I was not within my time and refused. They tricked me saying my internet was not compatible and had me purchase extra equipment I really couldn’t afford. Bad customer service. Service has not worked like it should a week after service! We have a back neighbor, cameras hardly ever catch him nor my wife and I when we come home. Monitoring system has multiple tamper alarms and can't reset like they want us to, like I get paid to fix thier issues! House was recently broken into and because of this no alarm went off. They want to charge to come fix the issues! Odd my cable goes out i don't get charged for Comcast to come fix the issues
I have been a customer since 2017. I didn't have time to shop around as my house was robbed and I needed immediate security and monitoring. The service was good until the last year. Since then, I have had nothing but issues, from getting batteries sent to me, to getting service tech to home, to getting billed correctly.
