The absolute worse. This company has many hidden fees and terrible customer service. No resolution and will trick you into fees
After being tricked into a 5 year contract, “read the fine print!” I finally paid off my contract and equipment only to find out and verify that I now cannot access my cameras that I paid for in full! Customer service is awful also! DO NOT use them!
Terrible customer service and caught the sales person lying on their own cameras. In their own contract it states if you cancel within three days no penalties yet I have an $86 bill that they said must be paid or it will go against my credit. They are blackmailers. Avoid it all cost cost‼️
ADT is the worst company to deal with. Never ending run around to get in touch with someone. I’ve had to move and the fees are going to be around $800. This is because I can’t relocate my service. It’s probably my fault for not reading the fine print, but I would think due to a move there would be some sort of program. My ADT alarm has been dead for less than a year now. I do not use the service at all. Called them a few months ago to cancel my service and the guy says that I can cancel if I paid the 600$ fee. I said, it’s fine I’ll use it till the time for renewal comes. Guy offers me a discount because I told him that it was too expensive and because I don’t use it.
