Unprofessional and bordering on corrupt business practices. I didn't receive a copy of the contract via Docusign so couldn't cancel the contract within 3 business days, allowed by CA law. The install was messy and unprofessional, exposed wires, stapled to the walls, holes left wide open where outside cameras were mounted, so water can penetrate the home and potentially cause mold. overall experience was a nightmare ! My first call to set up the installation was on June 29. My install actually happened August 15th. Ridiculous even under Covid-19 circumstances. I accepted an 8:00 Am on a Saturday because I was told I’d have to wait until the 30th. If I wanted a time later in the day even 10 am . Outrageous! And the installation was $900 again outrageous! Not sure why’s this company are in business ADT, the equipment doesn’t work they promised to have the latest in alarms systems and it’s not true, the technician they didn’t know what they are doing I had about 6 technicians coming to try to fix the same issue in the last 4 months and still they haven’t guessed what’s going on. Customer service on the other hand they are terrible, some said that I can cancel my contract 6 months money back warranty others told me that I have to pay. ADT SUCKS And they deserved ZERO!!!
