I have had an issue with ADT since Sept. I have spoken with 3 different MANAGERS, none of whom will... I have had an issue with ADT since Sept. I have spoken with 3 different MANAGERS, none of whom will return my calls. Now they have added $320 to my bill for services that I refused. I have called over and over and no one will respond. These are managers that I am calling. I am at the and of my rope. I don't know what else to do. No one will help me. DO NOT DEAL WITH ADT. You will be locked in for 3 years with no way out.
