Our technician Michael was very helpful in getting our account relocated to Idaho from our prior residence.
I'm not able to call the local Boise office. The phone # listed is not in service. I'm not given another option to reach a person.
I had ADT for over 6 years until we recently moved. When we began talking to ADT about transferring service we learned about all of the hidden fees/set up charges they did not disclose from our previous installation. Long story short, they robbed us of over 2k in fraudulent undisclosed charges. I will never again use ADT or recommend them.
