Terrible, terrible, terrible! My small business was broken into, and the alarm system and motion sensors did not trigger. The door was shattered all night. In the morning, the police showed up, did a sweep, and the alarm system finally triggered—yet ADT did not contact us or the police. At that point, I had no clue my business had been broken into until Boise Police contacted me. ADT sent out a tech to discuss my options, and had a great experience. Johnathan was the tech, and he was super efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. He gave me a ton of options and was not at all pushy about it, just a great guy.
Justin and Austin were great. Austin provided the different plans and got us setup quickly with what we needed and what made sense financially. Justin came out and got us up and running. He quickly replaced our old doorbell with a new Google Nest and tested the system all was good. He also explained well how to use the system and to navigate the ADT app, Google Nest Camera app, as well as the main alarm board. I highly recommend these guys!! Thank you Austin and Justin!
Nothing but a headache since day one would never recommend.
Please teach your employees what “no solicitation” means and to respect when it’s posted. Rude to deal with.
