This is easily the worst experience I have had with a company. They took our old panel that we owned and gave us a downgrade. Then misled us on what we would be paying for. Now when I want to cancel 3 days later they are taking the new panel they installed back and keeping our old one. So I essentially paid to let them steal my old panel and they refuse to give it back. Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with

Terrible, terrible, terrible! My small business was broken into, and the alarm system and motion sensors did not trigger. The door was shattered all night. In the morning, the police showed up, did a sweep, and the alarm system finally triggered—yet ADT did not contact us or the police. At that point, I had no clue my business had been broken into until Boise Police contacted me. ADT sent out a tech to discuss my options, and had a great experience. Johnathan was the tech, and he was super efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. He gave me a ton of options and was not at all pushy about it, just a great guy.
