If I could give a zero, I would! Horrible, I was doing a simple transfer of service and this location has failed. The install started on June 13, 2026 and is still not completed. I built a new home, with smart home features, same builder and same home as last. I have no service, no brain on my wall, no alarm, however, I am still getting billed. Six service calls and at least ten hours on the phone. This location should be shut down.
