Really bad. I called for an appointment. The guy calls me at 7;55am and tells me hes 5 min away and my appt is at noon. Im out. I tell him I cant and ask him to call me back around 11 if he still can make it. He said hes not sure. I tell him i can do next at 8am. he never shows up. I guess they dont want my business. Ill look elesware
Absolutely horrible service don’t keep appointments change times or cancel at their whim waited all day for a no show!!!!! Furious I’m changing companies stuff doesnt work right half the time either!!!! Or the cameras are wrong and not compatible
ADT Installed our alarm system incorrect the first time. Contacted the sale representative, Collins. No response. ADT came out to fix the problem and billed us. We have made numerous phone calls to Collins. He promised to fix the bill because we paid for the initial installation and shouldn't have to pay extra. It has been months, and Collins has done nothing. Worse service and sale.
Schedule appointment after wanted to cancel services. Sopose to call ahead told me they would but Didn't call ahead waited and missed appointment. Now want to Schedule for a different day and this is inconvenient that I was home the 4 hour window called In and now wat to do different day instead of sending out to complete today. This is why I wanted to cancel in first place.
