Worst decision I ever made. I had paid good money for my system 2x and was assured my bills and everything was taken care of for the old business location. However this was not the case. Then as I talked to every representative that worked for ADT no one was able to resolve the issue *update issue still not resolved 3days later. But I was able to switch to WYZE cameras and much better experience and quality *
I’d give zero stars if I could. Local ADT rep “Paul” contacted US about re-establishing service. We agreed on the condition we could upgrade our terrible ADT bullet cameras with something that provided better resolution and zoom capabilities because we’ve experienced theft and given the awful resolution of our cameras we were unable to identify a culprit. Trespassing on my property to solicit service is unacceptable. If it continues the police will be involved.
It is one of the worst services, they fooled me, they said that it was not a contract, I only paid for 3 cameras that they put in, they are charging me 1,700 dollars and they also said that once I paid for the equipment, I could get out of the contract, they made me form a 5-year contract and they say that now I can't get out that I have to pay them 75 percent of the cash plus the cameras, those definitely do not work, it is the worst service they can have
