ADT is an absolutely horrible trash company that will somehow sucker you into a 6-year contract their equipment constantly breaks they charge you to come out and fix it even though you're already paying for the service and if you want to cancel they'll charge you $4,000 or more if you are a smart person don't ever get ADT this company is trash and predatory
I have been with ADT for 2 years. On one occasion my alarm went off, at that moment I logged into my account, only for it to say "it can not connect" moments after the event passed I was able to connect with no issue. After the first year with ADT my doorbell camera battery died and will not hold a charge. ADT has yet to rectify the situation, only finagled ways to get more money by "sending a technician" to install another faulty camera that died 2 days later. Do Not Use. Bad equipment, terrible techs and a fee to leave adt.
I have had 6 different systems with ADT in Wilmington between businesses, rental properties and my home. Let me tell you the company is a dumpster fire. Corporate is rude when you call and the local office is like relying to buy a used car. Depending on the day, the price quotes can swing 10 dollars per month either way. I just had the latest debacle with them this week and it will be my last. My service was canceled by accident and they tried to "sell" me on a new service as the solution. Unreal!!!
