Thier automated system sucks. Then when you finally get a customer service rep, I couldn't hear the first two which put me on hold without notice and the third was crystal clear but about that time my patience was gone and had to give them my info as if that wad my first call. I would have given no stars, but that wasn't an option.
Do not recommend. They have so many hidden charges, like if the technician has to come to your home to work on "THEIR EQUIPMENT" that you paid thousands of dollars there is still a $59 charge for a technician just to show up and then another $226/hour for the technician to fix what is already under warranty. Their equipment is never working properly. God forbid if you want to talk to a human, you better dedicate at least 20 minutes just to talk to an AI that can't really help you. $$$ down the drain. Get a ring
They changed their customer service line to an AI only line. You can't get through to a human and you can't even place your system into test mode to avoid the fire department being called when cooking. Worst service ever. Avoid ADT.
