I love this guy Tim Dean he was just as we are.. love love love this guy he is the best!! U guys need more employees like him he was the best ..
Do not recommend. They have soft many hidden charges like if the technician has to come to your home to work on "THEIR EQUIPMENT" that you paid thousands of dollars there is still a $59 charge for a technician just to show up and then another $226/hour for the technician to fix what is already under warranty. Their equipment is never working properly. God forbid if you want to talk to a human you better dedicate at least 20 minutes just to talk to an AI that can't really help you. $$$ down the drain.
I will never ever use ADT security services again. While the technicians are very helpful, every other aspect of customer service is the worst that I’ve ever experienced. I have spent excessive amounts of time on the phone trying to cancel my service. Then they charged me to cancel.🤬🤬
You can find their same cameras and equipment on Amazon for half the price that they charge you. They price gauge you for the duration of a multi year contract and then once your contract expires, their monitoring rates are a total rip off. On top of that - if the equipment they sold you malfunctions, they charge almost $200 for a 30 min service appointment to fix their junk equipment. Stay away from ADT unless you like to set your money on fire
