This company Safe Haven operates in complete bad faith and shouldn't be allowed to continue being an authorized retailer for ADT. I am an authorized installer for adt. Today while installing an ADT customer A sales Representative for Safe Haven shows up tell the customer he can get them a security system for free from adt mind you they already signed contracts. I am required to leave a star, otherwise they would owe me stars. First, FIVE STARS to their service tech, Alex. Every one of the 13 times this man came to my home to fix an issue, the same issue, he was very professional and did an excellent job of explaining his concerns and the actions performed. the worst customer service in the world...stay away....very unprofessional.....when your contract expires you will need a lawyer to close it.....I called at the end of my contract in September to cancel..the customer service rep must work from home,,crying baby in background and someone yelling..then they charged me for October and November... the said they can see where I called in September but don't know why or what was discussed. So now they want me to pay for 2 months after I canceled my account... VERY POOR EVERYTHING.... read more
