Terrible company to do any level of business with. Seems like they took down my previous review about the salesman and install technician lying to a new customer, so I thought it would be good to continue letting everyone know how trash this location is. Funny thing is if you travel out of state the stores do not treat customers like this Prattville alabama joke of a store does.

We've been an ADT customer for 24 years. I'm giving 2 stars because for the first 20 years they were pretty good. Then last year they started charging for service visits. Which would be ok if their phone center help could answer basic questions. We were getting a low battery warning, but it was for a wireless contact and we didn't know where it was. Customer service couldn't tell us either. So THEY initiated a service appointment, and THEY said "Don't worry, you won't be charged for it." Blatant lie The service technician sh... read more
Unfortunately I will have to join the band wagon of bad reviews. Very unreasonable when trying to cancel our subscription after only using it for a few months. I thought the customer service would be better.
