Horrible service and equipment. We got stuck in a 5 year contract with these people (HAD SHADY SALES LADY) and gave us crap equipment. This company is NOT HELPFUL and refuse to listen to the issues with the system and only care about sales and upgrading locking you in further with cameras that don't work. Paid over 5k for cameras to never be able to view 6 CAMERAS ON 2 DIFFERENT APPS. Horrible cameras and service. Doorbell ring is clearer and faster. As a new customer, you'd think I'd get a sign. The tech said I thought I gave you a sign. Yeah right. I chatted with adt and had to pay 8.00 for a sign. Then the girl said we don't give signs for self installation. What?We had it professionally installed. I don't understand. Just a week old account and already leaving a bad impression. My husband's mom got 2 free signs.
ADT is an unresponsive bureaucracy. After cancelling my service they continued to bill me. I spoke with 7 different agents over a period of 6 months wasting untold hours only to be told to pay up or they would turn me over to a collection agency.
ADT said that if we cancel service which we wanted to do after our house was destroyed in a hurricane that we still had to pay them for another month! The house did not have any doors left. And they refused to refund the money which we had already paid in advance for services. KIRA would not allow us to speak to a manager. Please use a different company for security that doesn't gouge customers.
