I have been manipulated, lied to and told incorrect information from ADT several times in the last 3 weeks. They owed me a refund for an incorrect charge. Was told that the funds were going to be reissued to my account within 3-5 business days, then when that didn't happen. I had to call them, argue with customer service that they'd charged me additional service fees AND never returned my refund. Which they confirmed was not returned, due to a mistake on their end. They deserve 0 stars! The worst company I have ever dealt with. Not helpful, don't call you back, and won't let you speak with a manager. It doesn't take 30 days to cancel services. The most absurd nonsense I've ever heard!
I took technician service plan in my ADT package because the technician on the installation day said that any problem in future they will come and fix it for free. It is $7 per month.. Now ADT is saying it will cost me $99 per each technician visit. This is excluding the $7 that I am paying every month. The technician at the time of installation said that I can view camera activity whenever I want but it expires after 4 hours. Worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. ( In response to ADT's nonsense reply below) There is nothing to discuss. I paid for all my products 100% out right, paid for the install, nothing ever worked. When I wanted to cancel, I was told I had to pay 1000$ early cancellation fee. Your Lafayette branch is straight thieves.
