Worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. ( In response to ADT's nonsense reply below) There is nothing to discuss. I paid for all my products 100% out right, paid for the install, nothing ever worked. When I wanted to cancel, I was told I had to pay 1000$ early cancellation fee. Your Lafayette branch is straight thieves.

I wish there was an option to give zero stars because that’s what they deserve. When they sold me on this service I was told one price but then my credit card was charged almost double. When I called to cancel the service, apparently the customer service representative didn’t even process my request because when I called two weeks later to check about my refund she had no idea I had canceled service with them. I specifically asked the installer if I could trigger the sirens via the app if I saw on camera that I had trespassers. He said yes, but that is apparently incorrect. With ADT, you have to wait until someone kicks in your door. I wish I had gone with a more proactive company
I had a salesman come to my new house and try to insist I take there service. I informed him I do my own security work. The man was very rude. I would suggest this man to be removed from his position from ADT.
