Bought a new home and had ADT come out to do my alarm system. My tech did and awesome job at explaining each step of the way what he was doing and showed me every little detail of how to use my system at it's fullest. I have only had they system for a week but I absolutely love it. I know that when I am away from home My dog and home are safe.
Gaven is by far the best little salesman! I finally caved in and bought a system from him. He was very down to earth breaking down the system and cost. He got the sale! Gaven, if you ever need a job, call me!!
GO TO VIVINT OR LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE. YOUD RATHER GET ROBBED THEN HAVE THEM SIGN YOU UP FOR A SECURITY SYSTEM THAT WILL NEVER WORK. 0 STARS A MILLION TIMES OVER. THEY ARE THE BIGGEST SCAMMERS ON THE PLANET. TOLD ME THEY WOULD REFUND ME AFTER REFUSING TO FIX EQUIPMENT. WHEN I CALLED BACK AFTER CONTINUOUSLY GETTING BILLED, THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO PAY $2,400 DOLLARS TO OFFICIALLY CANCEL AND THAT IT WAS NOT YHEIR PROBLEM. I have been manipulated, lied to and told incorrect information from ADT several times in the last 3 weeks. They owed me a refund for an incorrect charge. Was told that the funds were going to be reissued to my account within 3-5 business days, then when that didn't happen. I had to call them, argue with customer service that they'd charged me additional service fees AND never returned my refund. Which they confirmed was not returned, due to a mistake on their end. They deserve 0 stars! The worst company I have ever dealt with. Not helpful, don't call you back, and won't let you speak with a manager. It doesn't take 30 days to cancel services. The most absurd nonsense I've ever heard!
