Rudy was excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable- guy is up and running very quickly. Billy the technician was fantastic as well.
Great customer service!
My first month with ADT has been a mix of good and frustrating experiences. The technicians have been helpful, and customer service has tried to assist, but there is a major disconnect between the technicians, customer service, account management, and billing departments. I added two window sensors and was quoted one price over the phone, only to be given a different price when the technician arrived. ADT eventually credited the difference. It's been a pleasure working with Rudy yet again. Thank you so much for helping set our new store up. He got us exactly what we needed and installed in a really good time.
Associate entered home. Failed to provide the proper contract. Attempted to charge my card 4 times. And fiddled with my thermostat and did not give explanation. I stopped the job, and ended the service.
