Absolutely terrible customer service. Expect to get the run around if you ever have an issue with anything. Exterior light was working fine until instillation of a flood light/camera. Advised to call an electrician for something they could not fix. $900 worth of equipment later and half of it does not work until we can get someone out, pay more money and fix their issues. DO NOT give this company your business.
Terrible, and they charge to assist you with maintenance while being stuck in a contract. Do not get a system here go with Vivint where the system doesn’t require wifi and is easier to manage. They asked a pregnant woman to climb a roof to connect the camera or pay $210 for a technician to connect the camera.
After having minimal problems after being a customer for 10 years. We moved and it’s been a giant mess to the point we voided our contract. Week later we are still trying to get a resolution to the problems with no luck just constantly getting different stories from every person we talk to. Hot mess
