I’m resting them 3 because the customer support at ADT is great. They are friendly and responsive but the equipment needs to be updated. The equipment rating is a 2. I have had the service for 6 years and my doorbell camera has never worked correctly. Currently not working at all. I need the service to keep my home safe but I would prefer that the system and cameras worked all the time.
Lost access to my account. Scheduled a call and received none. Called CIT and after a long wait got an answer. Still do not have access to my account.
Overpriced. I thought I was getting security on all my windows but they alarms off half the windows … for the price all the windows should have Been included . What’s the point ?!? I don’t know how to even use the adt on my phone and they set the address incorrectly and to an email I don’t even use. I want to cancel already . But locked into to contract I guess . Don’t do it .
I just started with ADT Now I am having to go through the cancellation process m they are liars and so untruthful. Make sure you read the fine print. I'm glad I recorded the whole conversation. BEWARE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. they stole my money
