Their system is always down and they still charge me every month for a service that doesn’t work. Please shop somewhere else I don’t recommend ADT.
As cliche as it sounds, if I could give a 0 star review, I would. Please do NOT sign up with ADT. Upon moving into our house in 2022, we were approached by an ADT salesperson who got us registered and setup. Throughout the 2 years we lived at that home, our monthly charges increased despite what we were told. (You can look at everyone's reviews here, they are completely correct!) Absolute worst customer experience ever dealing with a company. First off I have been a customer for 8 years. Cost consistently increased with no new equipment or added protections. Tried to cancel service because tired of the constant unjustified increases and talked to three different people with three different excuses on why they could couldn't talk to me. This is by far the worst company I have ever been affiliated with. Here’s a detailed account of my experience.
