This company is shady and untrustworthy. I have had ADT services in my home since August 2020. Last year I attempted to cancel my service because the rate had almost doubled from when I started using their services. The representative was very rude and disrespectful while trying to cancel my service. I was transferred to the customer loyalty department where I was offered a new monthly rate that seemed stupid to refuse. can't log in because they text to my old phone number to verify identity. they won't send a code to my email. HATE this app!!!
Their system is always down and they still charge me every month for a service that doesn’t work. Please shop somewhere else I don’t recommend ADT.
As cliche as it sounds, if I could give a 0 star review, I would. Please do NOT sign up with ADT. Upon moving into our house in 2022, we were approached by an ADT salesperson who got us registered and setup. Throughout the 2 years we lived at that home, our monthly charges increased despite what we were told. (You can look at everyone's reviews here, they are completely correct!)
