They lie and lock you in a contract that after saying there is no contract. Then they tell you all you need to do to is pay the equipment off and you will be free of any other charges. Then start charging your for monitoring even though the equipment is not even set up on the home or attached still in the original boxes. So what are you monitoring exactly? Zero stars honestly. The equipment is horrible and the customer service is worse. A lady answered the phone it sound like she was on some type of drugs or alcohol seriously. She wouldn't listen to a word. I've been a customer service representative so I understand how it works and you're supposed to rebuttal. Thats part of the job. But when you directly disrespect what a paying customer is trying to tell you this isn't the line of work for you. Should’ve listened to the reviews that said ADT was a scam. Main service we use for our home is the doorbell (a Google product) that recently stopped working. Schedules an appointment with an agent to fix said doorbell. When the agent was unable to fix the problem, I was told it would be $99 to get a service rep out here to look at the doorbell (plus any additional costs). Will be switching to a different home protection service. They will try and lock you down with long contracts and rip you off once they’ve sold you. Not w... read more
The installers for this company are liars. Installer unplugged my freezer causing my loosing $1,000.00 worth of meat. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! IF YOU GO WITH THEM STAY RIGHT WITH INSTALLER ALL THE TIME, NEVER LET THEM OUT OF YOUR SITE!!! Today 8/6/25 I have talked to 5 different people on this matter. All they are saying is someone will Call back and NO ONE EVER DOES!!
