I recently had ADT security installed at my home in Royal. Unfortunately, there was an accident during the install. A ladder went thru a porch screen. The ADT tech, indicated that he was submitted a claim and that the screen would be repaired. I have called ADT 3x trying to get this resolved. I have not received a return call, nor an update on my issue. Sad to see a relationship ruined over their failure to resolve this issue.
I would give this a zero star if I could. I have been trying cancel my service...to home I have not lived in...for 2 months...in an entirely different state. Yet, all you want to do is charge me every month for a bill. Your company has verified who i am at least 10 times and still has not canceled. This is completely out of control. I would not ever recommend them to anyone. Customer service is the worst.and tech support is even worst than customer service. Equipment not working still and so many missed house calls from techs not showing up or even calling they weren’t coming out. So unprofessional and very disrespectful. Buyer beware. Stay far away from ADT. NO STARS AT ALL FOR THEM! I’m forced to add a star ⭐️ but if I had choice I wouldn’t give them any stars at all.
I'd give it negative stars. I cancelled this back in April and come to find out these guys were STILL taking money out of my account this month! Tried to talk to customer support and was hung up on multiple times. They can have fun with a complaint with the BBB and a block on my account. Do not waste your money on their sub par services.
