I wish I could post zero stars. Been with them for 7 years. Only had to call them a few times. EVERY single time, the rep is beyond RUDE, their comments make you feel like you're being punked by high-schoolers. If you need anything answered, you can NEVER get a straight answer. I'm paying for an alarm plus 4 devices which 2 of them doesn't work. If a technician comes out, you have to foot the labor bill. Anyone looking to use ADT services should seriously reconsider. My elderly father was misled into signing a 5 year contract with “a different company” that ADT bought out. He is no longer able to live alone, and after being transferred to literally SIX different people, I was told that to cancel his service he would still owe $2000. He had their service for 3.5 years. I have not been a customer but gave this rating because of the lack of consideration given to me and my family when the salespeople decided to stop by. The sales people need to learn to read the room and stop talking and say goodbye. I understand you want to sell your systems but at the same time I never invited you to come give me a sales pitch so maybe stop coming by people's houses with no warning?

This company is a joke! I switched to another company last weekend and now have the fun experience of trying to cancel my services! Issues I have experienced: 1. Whole system is run on wifi. Our power box is outside. If someone cut the power, our system would be essentially useless. No cameras, nothing. 2. Cameras work when they want to. Even the doorbell cam usually takes so long to load on the app, that by the time I have a visual, whoever was there is long gone. Useless for screening access. 3.
