I'd give it negative stars. I cancelled this back in April and come to find out these guys were STILL taking money out of my account this month! Tried to talk to customer support and was hung up on multiple times. They can have fun with a complaint with the BBB and a block on my account. Do not waste your money on their sub par services. I have been with this company since 2016, when they had the scammeres, Defenders, who charged thousands of dollars. Now they are taking hundreds of dollars out of my account and said I changed my credit card. Yes, I did, but the card is on file, otherwise, how are you charging me hundreds of dollars. No communication, not even from the General Manager, Jason. I have paid for the equipment 10 times over. Maybe I should go back to Ring.
I advise anyone who is seeking an alarm system to avoid this company at all cost. Totally ridiculous.?Guy came to my house and wasn't there a good five minutes and charged me $114.00.They are a total ripoff, Tell me who do you know working in this kind of environment gets paid $114.00 for less than 5 minutes of work. I will definitely be seeking another company that has care and appreciation for their customers! This is unacceptable and should not be happening
I wish I could post zero stars. Been with them for 7 years. Only had to call them a few times. EVERY single time, the rep is beyond RUDE, their comments make you feel like you're being punked by high-schoolers. If you need anything answered, you can NEVER get a straight answer. I'm paying for an alarm plus 4 devices which 2 of them doesn't work. If a technician comes out, you have to foot the labor bill.
