When we signed up we were lied to about the terms and equipment. In the middle of cancelling. Says you can cancel online. I ask the company when on the phone, the lady said there is no way to cancel online in your account. That is a lie. I have been on the phone for 25 min and transferred 4 times. On the 4th there is a another 20 min wait time. They make it difficult so they retain you. What they don't understand is customer service out weighs anything. Still not cancelled. Good luck!
Horrible. So disappointing. My cameras have only worked two weeks out of each month because of limited recording space allowed. I live on a corner of a busy intersection and there is a lot of traffic. Additionally my home is the bus stop for this area. 4 busses each morning at staggered times and 4 each afternoon. I switched to Alder years ago because ADT was ripping us off. Now alder has been sold ADT and I am back in the same shoes. A brand new smoke detector that was issued by Alder went out and I have been waiting on a replacement. I called the other day and they are telling me that I have to buy another even though I have the email from alder rep saying that the replacement was on back order.
