Horrible experience. Nickolas the sales rep came knocking on my door, telling me I’ll get all this equipment he was showcasing though the company. We agreed to a certain amount of cameras, door locks, and sensory. 3 cameras, 2 door locks, and some sensors. When the day came to install everything it took over 8 hours and they still had to come back to install the door locks. They came back to install 1 door lock and got done after 9pm at night. When we signed up we were lied to about the terms and equipment. In the middle of cancelling. Says you can cancel online. I ask the company when on the phone, the lady said there is no way to cancel online in your account. That is a lie. I have been on the phone for 25 min and transferred 4 times. On the 4th there is a another 20 min wait time. They make it difficult so they retain you. What they don't understand is customer service out weighs anything. Still not cancelled. Good luck!
Horrible. So disappointing. My cameras have only worked two weeks out of each month because of limited recording space allowed. I live on a corner of a busy intersection and there is a lot of traffic. Additionally my home is the bus stop for this area. 4 busses each morning at staggered times and 4 each afternoon. Children sit on my steps and stand on my porch when it’s raining or hot. Or cold. They can send a technician but at a cost. The zones have already been reset and reduced.
