I have had this service for approximately 4 years which after installation was excellent but has been steadily declining. The tech support and customer service is on a downward slide. I have had failure with equipment and alarms that have been ignored not even a phone call . Most of customer service reps are not very helpful including tech support. Be very careful. Their sale people and account managers are very deceitful. They say they support and maintain equipment but they don’t and will charge you ridiculous price for a service call. Don't sign up for autopay either. You will never see a bill detailing your charges. They get ZERO stars from me and I will be reporting them to the BBB and attorney general. Funny thing, when I paid off my equipment my bill never went down. Not sure how that math equation works!
ADT is a horrible company that preys on its customers. They’ll sucker you into a 5 year contract and then not fix your equipment, or give you substandard equipment and service. Then when you complain after hours and hours, your only option is to buy your way out for thousands of dollars. Go with someone other than ADT!
ADT Security Company is a joke an a bunch of scammers, I’ve been with them 8 1/2 years now that I’m moving I can’t take my equipment with me. I said fine what can u offer, they offered me less equipment then what I have at a higher price and gave me credit towards the equipment because of my 8 1/2 years with them, I agreed on a little more than what I was paying 57 a month, and 281 left over for equipment, the guy told me it would be 30 extra a month for 3 months and the rest can be paid off through a 1 year contract, I said... read more
Biggest scam ever tell you that the bill will be 59 dollars a month but don’t tell you about the extra 25 there charging you for equipment for 2 cameras is insane beware and don’t go through them
