Here in Liberty lake. I called adt to get a quote because an employee comes here to get an oil change. They came out and quoted me for what I currently have now. $3000. I asked do you have a smaller package that would be cheaper. He stated no the system is small but runs 99 employees and 30 cameras!! Then calls back couple days later and what to start haggling and do his sales crap it’s amazing how a great deal came up when I wasn’t calling back!. Do not use this company!!!
I have been manipulated, lied to and told incorrect information from ADT several times in the last 3 weeks. They owed me a refund for an incorrect charge. Was told that the funds were going to be reissued to my account within 3-5 business days, then when that didn't happen. I had to call them, argue with customer service that they'd charged me additional service fees AND never returned my refund. Which they confirmed was not returned, due to a mistake on their end. Absolutely terrible service. Failed to give us all of the equipment we agreed upon, was transferred 8 times back and forth between departments and then hung up on. Didn’t even use their services for an hour before we decided to cancel and return the equipment. 0/5 stars
Literally the worst.seriously con artists and so pushy. Guy tried to get me to sign the contact before he even shows up. Then he shows up and says I need to run the credit card to start. I said no please don’t run anything until the salesman gets here to tell me how much the cameras are. He asked 4 different times in 4 different ways and finally I just said I’m not signing or charging anything until I know how much it is.
