Absolutely terrible service. Failed to give us all of the equipment we agreed upon, was transferred 8 times back and forth between departments and then hung up on. Didn’t even use their services for an hour before we decided to cancel and return the equipment. 0/5 stars
Literally the worst.seriously con artists and so pushy. Guy tried to get me to sign the contact before he even shows up. Then he shows up and says I need to run the credit card to start. I said no please don’t run anything until the salesman gets here to tell me how much the cameras are. He asked 4 different times in 4 different ways and finally I just said I’m not signing or charging anything until I know how much it is. Don't bother with this service. Incompetence everywhere. Over-priced and service is non-existent. My app stopped allowing me access and I was on the phone with them for an hour - but they still did not fix it. And don't try to cancel - all they do is transfer you to people that try to get you to restart the service. During this 45 minute ordeal, my call was dropped and when I called back, they claimed to have no knowledge that I started the process. Wasn't impressed. I knew on the setup that these guys were kind of expensive, but we did a pretty thorough waklthrough and discussion on the phone only for the technician to show up onsite and of course upsell. Always sounds good, always pricy, but it makes it more like they should send a tech over to give a quote before signing paperwork, it's more annoying than anything.
