Terrible customer service. Even after your contract has expired its very difficult to cancel service. Additionally, they force you to listen to endless sales pitching before you can cancel. And they will still continue to bill you after you have canceled, which requires more long phone calls to deal with. You can't trust any company to treat customers respectfully anymore.
They literally scammed us. The tech who came to our house and sold to us, told us REPEATEDLY there was no contract and we could pause at any time. Come to find out 3 months later, not only could we not pause, but we were in a 3 year contract. They only way to cancel is to pay a third of the total contract time, almost 2k!!! This was the greatest mistake and I will never recommend, as well as actively warn people away
Call and request to work with Adam Couch in the local office, for eastern Washington and North Idaho. Since I’ve had the service, he’s kept all his promises and I’ve been very satisfied. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs security or cameras. 5 stars!
Scott the sale rep is a terrible person!!! He’s a liar !!! Do not trust !!! He also offers to install the system and then asks for you to slide him some extras cash. But doesn’t even know how to install it properly .
