These guys are garbage. Zero help with warranties and don’t answer the phones.
I reached out to ADT 2 weeks ago because we were having issues with our touch panel. They said they would have a tech call to schedule. Weve received no call. I followed up and the same thing happened again and again. We received no callbacks, no emails, no communication. I'm planning to cancel services with them.
Please stop coming to my home. I am not interested. I have said this a few times through my camera. Your people keep coming by and they are not even in any sort of uniform/with ID. This is the third time now and I know it's ADT because I can see their clipboard and the blue sign attached to it. Clearly "no solicitation" means jack to your company, which concretes that I will NEVER use ADT. Do NOT come on my property again.
Austin Mayo did a very good job in explaining all details and answering all my questions. The process in updating my system went smoothly. I recommend Austin if you are considering ADT.
Here in Liberty lake. I called adt to get a quote because an employee comes here to get an oil change. They came out and quoted me for what I currently have now. $3000. I asked do you have a smaller package that would be cheaper. He stated no the system is small but runs 99 employees and 30 cameras!! Then calls back couple days later and what to start haggling and do his sales crap it’s amazing how a great deal came up when I wasn’t calling back!. Do not use this company!!!
