I have spent hours of my life trying to cancel this service and they keep sending me bills. Their model is predatory and, despite initially wanting to only pause this service while we moved, by the time I had to transfer to 5 different people on the phone, I realized what they were about. Now, I've called on 3 different occasions to cancel with no apparent success.
These guys are garbage. Zero help with warranties and don’t answer the phones.
I reached out to ADT 2 weeks ago because we were having issues with our touch panel. They said they would have a tech call to schedule. Weve received no call. I followed up and the same thing happened again and again. We received no callbacks, no emails, no communication. I'm planning to cancel services with them.
Please stop coming to my home. I am not interested. I have said this a few times through my camera. Your people keep coming by and they are not even in any sort of uniform/with ID. This is the third time now and I know it's ADT because I can see their clipboard and the blue sign attached to it. Clearly "no solicitation" means jack to your company, which concretes that I will NEVER use ADT. Do NOT come on my property again.
