Complete customer service failure and after 17 years with this company we had to cancel. They did a bait and switch when we just needed our panel replaced quoting me different prices every time I talked to someone. Then on the third attempt to swap out the panel the tech never showed up and ADT tried to say I had to replace the entire system which was going to cost $1300. ADT customer service is a complete failure. We have been clients since 1996 and when out panel broke they tried to charge us $1,300 after no showing our appointment multiple times. What a fraudulent organization!
Would do zero stars if I could.
Great Team that works out of this office in Reno should be able to address any and all needs
If I could give negative stars I would!!!!! DO NOT GET ADT…… when I bought my house I signed up for ADT for 49.99 a month the previous owner had had the equipment already in the house that came with the house that was already paid off…..when they came to show us how to use the system they took out sensors off my windows and then tried to charge me to bring them back and then because I decided not to use their service BECAUSE THEY STOLE MY SENSORS because of that I just got sent to collections for $1400 early termination fee ... read more
