After MONTHS of horrible service and issues not being resolved I was put in contact with Julian Cendejas. HES the only reason we are still with ADT. He needs to be cloned and on every single account. He's AMAZING, professional, easy to talk to and I recommend him to everyone. Only reason I put 4 stars is because of the issues we had. Soley based on Julian I would give 1000 stars.
For a security company, I have never felt so uncomfortable in my home. They came by the house 3 times in the span of a few hours to try to sell us their service. The last visit was after 8PM and they asked questions about how long we've lived here, when we moved in, and what security devices we have already. They offered to come inside and give us a quote. No, no, no. Think about your business practices. Making people feel unsafe should be the exact opposite of your goal
