Anteriormente yo hice un comentario y califique con 1 estrella, porque habia tenido muy mala experiencia en servicio al cliente. Tarde mas de 3 hrs pasandome con diferentes departamentos, pero no puedo ser injusta,la primer representante y la ultima , me ayudaron y fueron muy amables, creo k fueron como 8 reprentantes que me tocaron no puedo quitarle credito ah ADT teniendo servicios tan buenos y dandole una estrella , por unos representantes incompetentes ..y al venir el tecnico no me cobraron por la visita … pero la vdd AD... read more
Anteriormente estaba en proteccion One y todo super bien x 12 años y ahora lo que me explican y que yo no ignoraba , fue que ADT compro Proteccion one y ahora me quede completamente con ADT desde enero de este año, pesimo servicio de los representantes , si por mi fuera, pagaria por romper el contrato 🤦♀️ me hicieron cambios en mis servicios que yo ignoraba y lo que me explican es que , no saben porque el representate hizo eso, pero pues ahora me tocaria pagar a mi para k venga un tecnico .. hoy llevo desde las 10:33 y has... read more
I wish I could of seen all these reviews first. This company has such bad service. I'm not gonna be paying for an item that is not working. Gonna have to cancel my card, it gonna have to go to collections. This is a terrible mess. DONT GET THIS COMPANY!!!
I decided to give this company a second chance, a bad mistake. I have my system installed in June of 2024. I immediately developed problems with two sensors. Three technicians later, I still have the same problem, and it is still unresolved. I called to get it resolved and was told I would have a technician come out Monday. I had to go, so I told the person to schedule the appointment and email me the time. I would make myself available whatever time they scheduled. I have not heard back from anyone. Very bad service!!!! Horrible customer service Sharon ID 1180535 was totally not helpful they had me running around for like 2hrs!! With no answers again Going from her to another rep and when wanting to speak with supervisor all they say is they can contact you in 24-48hr which is ridiculous !!!!!!! Worse alarm service anywhere. Save your Money and time and best go with bricks or vivint!!!!
