They will hold you as a hostage and make it impossible to cancel your service. I would not recommend ADT to anyone. No option to cancel online and only available the most inconvenient times M-F after 9am. Of course they have AI for the 1st layer of no resolution then you wait on hold for an agent who is as equally useless. They do not care and for a company who is securing your home and loved ones, they should care the most.
Shitty company to deal with they don't know what they are doing,spoke to customer service about issue having with cameras and they try to charge me even after they told me they would fix it for free and they come out didn't do shit and want to charge the technician said my boss won't let me do nothing
Dont do it, they have been double charging me for three months. The calls on hold for oncer two hours only lead to repetitive responses from people who refuse to understand what I am trying to explain. They keep repeating that charges are due and are processed accordingly but I have bank statements showing the double charges on different accounts. But if I cancel they want to say I am breaching their contract??? Useless, steal, I still have issues with my system but I am affraid if ask for help they will just charge me more ... read more
