As a company ADT is the pits. The ones who answer your customer service calls are nice but the company is the pits. I have had my system start beeping every day now for over a week. And, wouldn't you know it is in the wee hours of the morning around 2:30. Ow get this, you can't stop it. You can pause it for about 30 minutes but it starts again. Extremely unhappy with ADT. Service is extremely poor. We had issues with our system connecting to cell towers in the area. The came into our home to install a piece of equipment to improve service. Bottom line, the equipment never really improved service. At the time of the install they extended our contract 5 years without our knowing. We now want to discontinue service and they want to collect on the remaining contract. This is after being a 9 year customer.

***PLEASE READ*** This company does NOT care about your security or saving you money! There is so much I’ve gone through, that I will not bore everyone with but the customer service is TERRIBLE!!! The sales associates LIE 100% because they are given commission for every OVERPRICED piece of equipment they sell you! PLEASE do yourself a favor and just grab some cameras from Amazon or something and save yourself from getting screwed or at least find a company that cares about your safety and not just your money!
We got a full CCTV system installed on April 5th, 2023. This is the absolute worst company you could ever go into business with. Once they get your card number they run with your money and never look back. We have had billing issues literally since the day after installation to now. Every month we have had a billing issue. From being double charged to trying to charge $4,000 in one month. The worst part is that there is nowhere to turn.
