I was lied to and basically forced by dish.com into taking this service which I will be canceling and demanding a full refund tommow 9-28
***TO CANCEL:*** Acct Mgmt Svcs 1-800-692-1909 so you don't have to go through all the other teams to get to where you need to go. They keep raising prices and make it damn near impossible to cancel. You try to cancel online, which they say no, you have to talk to someone specifically via phone. You call and go through the phone queue (pointless) and choose the #6 option for canceling service and it takes you to tech support who cannot cancel either and then has to transfer you. When the alarm would not shut off and they had a system outage , we could not contact anybody. They wouldn't answer the phone.
They will hold you as a hostage and make it impossible to cancel your service. I would not recommend ADT to anyone. No option to cancel online and only available the most inconvenient times M-F after 9am. Of course they have AI for the 1st layer of no resolution then you wait on hold for an agent who is as equally useless. They do not care and for a company who is securing your home and loved ones, they should care the most.
Shitty company to deal with they don't know what they are doing,spoke to customer service about issue having with cameras and they try to charge me even after they told me they would fix it for free and they come out didn't do shit and want to charge the technician said my boss won't let me do nothing
