I used Smart Home Security to get my ADT Monitored Home Security system.The promotion was great, the equipment works well and I am happy . A special thanks to Jonathan who was very helpful and very knowledgeable every step of the way.
Stop sending several men to my house at 8 p.m. several nights in a row. It’s weird. How many times do I have to say I’m not interested?
Scam. Equipment is broken or non functional. Had their technician no show for several appointments to fix the issue. Have spent 100 + hours calling and trying to get my system fixed. Sheila and Roselynn account managers were extremely unprofessional, rude, and tried to charge me 4 thousand plus for their non functional equipment. Don't go with ADT!!! Install went fine but the installer took my key to get my doorbell off. When they came to fix my camera they said it was under warranty and would be replaced for free. Took my old camera that I had paid for and now are CHARGING ME for the new camera and 2 service charges. They won't return my camera and customer service is argumentative and condescending. This is literally robbery. Worst company I've ever delt with.
