This company has nothing but lie to me from the beginning. I explained to them that I was on disability and could not afford to upgrade my system. They told me it would be free at no cost. They would not let me pay the bill until I paid the 500 equipment fee. I told them I could not afford to upgrade and they said it was free. I tried to make the $27 payment 3 months in a row and they would not let me. They took my old unit out and switched it for a new one after I told them I did not want that.
