I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS. I CAN'T WITH ADT ANYMORE. ADT HAS WENT HOW DOWNHILL. NO ONE SPEAKE ENGLISH... I DON'T UNDERSTAND WE ARE HERE IN THE USA AND COMPANIES OUT SOURCE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR LOWER PAY RATES. ADT PUNISH ME FOR THERE MISTAKES. I'M OUT.
I have had ADT for 3 years. After 2.5 years of dealing with constant issues with my cameras and garage door opener (called into tech support countless times) it was determined the equipment was originally installed incorrectly. I was forced to pay $200 for the in person visit. The rep over the phone that dispatched advised to pay it and I would be reimbursed. Do NOT use ADT As soon as I bought my house someone came to the door, I am disabled in a wheelchair raising a young grandchild so I thought it would be a good decision. Lord was I wrong, they cracked the ceiling in my garage, didn't close the attic hatch up there, didn't put in the second camera we agreed on nor the sensor on my up and down garage door.
