I have had ADT for 3 years. After 2.5 years of dealing with constant issues with my cameras and garage door opener (called into tech support countless times) it was determined the equipment was originally installed incorrectly. I was forced to pay $200 for the in person visit. The rep over the phone that dispatched advised to pay it and I would be reimbursed.
