Do NOT use ADT As soon as I bought my house someone came to the door, I am disabled in a wheelchair raising a young grandchild so I thought it would be a good decision. Lord was I wrong, they cracked the ceiling in my garage, didn't close the attic hatch up there, didn't put in the second camera we agreed on nor the sensor on my up and down garage door. I called to inquire more about breaking our contract since after 11 months it’s still not fully functional and they told me to call My dealer . I asked who my dealer even was and looked them up to find out that the number on their website was out of service and the ratings all talk about being scammed . I called ADT back and they sent me To cancelations which strangely had a long wait time …. 10 minutes or more to be exact . But none of the other waiting rooms didn’t have this message .
