Like almost every other person that reviewed them, I also was treated like an employee that owed them something. I had a two-year contract at my house. At months 13 I bought a new house. 2/27/26 ADT representative came to my new home. adt monitored at my previous address for many years. The new home had a system from a local security company but i wanted to check with ADT to see if they could continue monitoring with the existing system in the home. the technician stated that he would need to install a new system, but it would be free of charge. i indicated that i was currently paying $24.99 for monitoring at my old home. he assured me that the monitoring would be at the same price and no additional fees wou... read more

Predatory Billing & Falsified Reports – Avoid ADT I am beyond disappointed with the predatory business practices and lack of integrity at ADT.
