A storm knocked out power to my house. When power came back online, it fried our system. 1. ADT didn't call me to tell me that the system was down. 2. When I told them that the system was down, it took them 2 weeks to come to my house to tell me that it would cost $1300 to fix the system. 3. When I canceled the service, they charged me a breakup fee. 4. When I complained about them stealing money from me without service, they said it was in the contract and on me to pay for no service. NEVER USE ADT!
My experience with ADT has been HORRENDOUS. My alarm system was installed on July 8, 2026. It worked for exactly one day before it could no longer be armed. I reported the problem immediately, but the earliest service appointment was 10 days later. When the technician finally arrived, he confirmed the base unit was defective and needed to be replaced. BY FAR THE WORST !!! I was on the phone with a sales rep exploring alarm options for my house and we got disconnected. They didn't call or try to contact me in any way shape or form. This company is atrocious !! Stay away
Very bad experience with their service. They still charge me monthly despite of canceling their service because they were really bad. Talking to their office did not change anything. I have to stop the payment by my credit card.
My installers were very knowledgeable ,professional and kind and pleasant.I would recommend these guys to my friends or family.We have to give them five stars.
