Timothy was excellent. He was professional and knowledgeable. Very pleased with my service.
I never had such a bad service experience before. ADT technician applied device for cellular service. From the beginning there was flashing red light what telling about low battery, when I spoke back to this technician he told it is normal and I need to wait when it is going to be lost of service. I called ADT services 16 times this day. They do not know what is going on with this device. I must go through 3 video phones with different technicians this day. These people are frauds, I purchased 4x water sensors and they sent me an empty box, you wouldn’t believe the amount of time I have spent on the phone trying to get these resent to me and they still won’t send me new ones. They just blame FedEx and won’t take any accountability. They won’t refund me my money either. Absolute scam artists.

This business is the absolute worst I place an order for them to come out and install a wireless system and they come here and tell me the people in the office are wrong and we don’t have wirelessly. Come to find out they tried to up sell me. Reschedule and took 1/2 day off just for them to tell me at 4:00 that they did not have a witless system on the truck and that they are not coming . Don’t waste your time with these idiots
