Just so incredibly disappointed in ADT- there have got to be local companies that can do the same thing for less with better service? I just feel like ADT has gotten so large they don’t care about customers any longer.
Don't use adt. Canceling is incredibly frustrating experience. Edit: I won't be calling. I've already called multiple times, chatted, been transferred multiple times, reexplained why I had to cancel many times, and finally, paid $1700 cancelation fee. DON'T USE ADT!
Transferring your calls to various teams is a typical strategy, and their tone is extremely hostile. They will modify the package you signed up for without your knowledge and overcharge you. It's very disappointing. I would locate another company and stop using ADT as soon as feasible.
Horrible company. If you think your rep is doing something nice to help? Don’t fall for it. It’s not true. It’s a scam or a hustle. CANCEL MY SERVICE!!!!!!!! They won’t I’ve been trying for months now
Last Saturday we had a dodge challenger park at my home for 3 hours and my wife was home alone and afraid. She was concerned about the random vehicle with no company login etc. ..come to find out it was a ADT sales person. He stated that he drove his personal car. When I let my garage up, he was standing in my yard without a uniform . I’m not sure if he really was with ADT I don’t understand why he was in my yard and I didn’t ask for any service..or call ADT for any service…
