My fellow consumers, stay away from this alarm company (ADT) there customer service is the worse of the worst. July 1, I called to cancel services. When I failed to provide a reason to cancel they try to bullied me into giving them a reason. As of today, the service is still active and they continued to bill me ever. Shame on you, ADT - do the right thing and stop the bullying

Awful Service ,For Almost 2 Months I’ve Been Trying To Get One Of My Security Cameras Replaced For Not Working And They Always Have An Excuse Like It Was Not Sent To Them Jet Or It Was Sent To The Wrong Address Nothing But Excuses And To Get Out Of The Service Contract You Have To Pay Almost A Year Of Service To Be Released. And The System They Installed Is Worthless In Essence To Me A $10,000 Dollars Lost
Just so incredibly disappointed in ADT- there have got to be local companies that can do the same thing for less with better service? I just feel like ADT has gotten so large they don’t care about customers any longer.
Don't use adt. Canceling is incredibly frustrating experience. Edit: I won't be calling. I've already called multiple times, chatted, been transferred multiple times, reexplained why I had to cancel many times, and finally, paid $1700 cancelation fee. DON'T USE ADT!
