2 weeks now with my service not working schedule a service for 5pm on a Friday and was told they could do this time but they show up at 3pm while I was around work and know can't get them to come back really loved it when it work but they don't service there units working on canceling
Predatory practices and harassment of the elderly. I am appalled by ADT’s refusal to honor my elderly mother’s cancellation requests. She sent a letter in October and called in November, yet reps repeatedly ignored her "no," circling back with sales pitches until she was forced to hang up. My fellow consumers, stay away from this alarm company (ADT) there customer service is the worse of the worst. July 1, I called to cancel services. When I failed to provide a reason to cancel they try to bullied me into giving them a reason. As of today, the service is still active and they continued to bill me ever. Shame on you, ADT - do the right thing and stop the bullying
