I tried canceling my services several different times with adt. When I had thought my account was closed with collections. Account management kept lying saying they had no record of any phone call for cancellation. I would not recommend services for ADT the customer service is a nightmare! They all play dumb as if they never had a conversation with you about anything in the past. Then when you talk to customer service they tell you that they do have phone calls on record. I've had ADT for 4 years now. I would advise not to get them. I have the updated cameras, but they are worthless. They never work, I reset them almost everyday. It sends me warnings of people on my cameras and when I click to see, it never loads. Talk about not feeling protected! I will be canceling my service and will be going with a different security company!!!
